Slip on a THERMALON Moist Heat Therapy Sleeve for fast acting relief.
Surrounds the hand, elbow or other small joints with soothing moist heat therapy. Durable stretch fabric is ideal for range of motion exercises. Helps prevent and treat pain caused by arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and tendonitis. Provides effective cold therapy when used from the freezer.

Excellent for use during range-of-motion exercises
DIRECTIONS:
For Moist Heat: Place product on a microwave safe plate in the microwave. Heat for 1 minute. Do not exceed 2 minutes. See package instructions for complete directions.
To reheat a previously heated product reduce the heating time by half.
For Soothing Cold: Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
CARE: ThermalOn products are hand washable. They may be immersed in water without damaging the product. Simply wash in cold water and a mild detergent as you would a sweater or other hand washable item. Air dry.

Oh let me count the ways I love this "cuff"! I shattered my right wrist a few months ago and with the cold and wet weather this winter here in the Pacific Northwest, recovery of my mobility has been a little slow. I discovered that using this sleeve has allowed me to get better movement in the wrist bones because I can heat the wrist up and it isn't as stiff. It's been a wonderful addition to my physical therapy regimen.
