Designed to surround the larger joints. Durable stretch fabric permits easy application of moist heat therapy. Simply pull the wrap over the knee for natural knee pain relief... it can even be worn during range of motion and strengthening exercises. Provides effective cold therapy when used from the freezer.

Excellent for use during range-of-motion exercises
DIRECTIONS:
For Moist Heat: Place knee heat pad on a microwave safe plate in the microwave. Heat for 1 minute. Do not exceed 2 minutes. See package instructions for complete directions. Touch test inside and out before application.
To reheat a previously heated product reduce the heating time by half.
For Soothing Cold: Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
CARE: ThermalOn products are hand washable. They may be immersed in water without damaging the product. Simply wash in cold water and a mild detergent as you would a sweater or other hand washable item. Air dry.
