DIRECTIONS:
For Moist Heat: Place product on a microwave safe plate in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds. Do not exceed 1 minute. See package instructions for complete directions. Touch test inside and out before application. To reheat a previously heated product reduce the heating time by half.
For Soothing Cold: Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
CARE:
ThermalOn natural carpal tunnel relief products are hand washable. They may be immersed in water without damaging the product. Simply wash in cold water and a mild detergent as you would a sweater or other hand washable item. Air dry.

I have been wearing this for several years now. I have tried so many other wrist type guards, gel pads etc, and this works the best. I have severe carpal tunnel syndrome and my work unfortunately requires that I spend a lot of time on the computer. The nice bonus is that you can heat it. My symptoms are always worse in the winter and in the mornings and this offers a lot of relief. If I misplace it I immediately notice how dependent I have become on it so I bought a couple of them as backup.

I bought this hoping it would help with my wrist pain. I do a lot of repetitive work my my hands using shears to trim and doing detailed cutting with them. I have tried a few other types of "cuffs" but this one surrounds your whole wrist and it can be heated, I found to be immediately soothing and relieving the stiffness and numbing I was feeling. I highly recommend it since I can work longer hours without numbness and pain than I did without out it.
